What is a black hole?
Black holes are considered to be one of the most mysterious, deadly and powerful forces in the universe e.g. Milky Way galaxy black Hole, black hole of M87 galaxy. A surface where the force of gravity becomes so strong that it is impossible for anything (even light) to come out of it, is called a black hole.
Its surface is so dense and dense that any thing like a star or planet goes missing in it. Some black holes have been found to rotate on their axis, while some have not.
How are Black Holes Formed?
The theory of general relativity states that objects of any heavier mass are converted into black holes by destroying the space time. The boundary of the region from which it is impossible to get out is called an event horizon.
If an object originates from this place, the characteristics of that object have a significant impact on this place, it is difficult to ascertain their location.
The magnetic force of a black hole is so strong that whatever goes near it is drawn inside. They are also capable of swallowing a group of constellations. There is no such thing that can survive the motion of a black hole.
Do Black Holes Appear?
Black holes are completely invisible. The light whose speed is the fastest in the entire universe, they are not able to escape from their wrath. For this reason we cannot see black holes because they are unable to reflect light. Astronomers also get to know about them only when some object or light is around a black hole, due to which strange types of movements start happening in them.
Types of black holes
There are three types according to weight:
1. Supermassive Black Hole
Of the three types, these are gigantic. These are equal to the power of several million Suns. There is such a black hole in the middle part of our sky Ganges which is called Milky Way, which scientists have given the name of Sagittarius A (Milky Way Galaxy Black Hole).
Because these types of black holes are found in the middle of the sky Ganga, where there are many groups of stars and clouds of gas, due to this, supermassive black holes are always increasing.
2. Stellar Black Hole
These are the commonly found black holes that weigh about 20 times more than the Sun. They are formed when a very big star breaks. This process is called supernova.
3. Miniature Black Hole
This type of black hole has not been discovered till date. Scientists say that when our universe was forming, such black holes used to be present. 10 to 20 billion years ago, all matter and energy were converting into a single point. When there was an explosion from that point, the process was called the Big Bang Theory which continued to grow. Some parts of this pressure combined together to become miniature black holes.
Milky Way Galaxy Black Hole : Sagittarius A
A region may be a region of space full of such a lot mass that its own gravity prevents anything from escaping—even a ray of light. Although we are unable to see a black hole , telescopes can observe the matter around it. Matter swirling around a black hole, which may be made from gas and space dust, heats up and emits radiation which can be detected. Up to an extent, telescopes can observe the gravitational effect of a black hole on the motions of nearby individual stars.
Although a point-like radiator, referred to as Sagittarius A* (pronounced Sagittarius A-star), was detected at the centre of our Milky Way galaxy within the 1970s, researchers couldn’t accurately determine enough of the characteristics of this compact object to exactly describe it. Beginning within the 1990s, astronomers began using new techniques to live the orbits of the fast-moving stars orbiting this area.
By 2008, they not only tracked complete orbits, but also gained enough information to work out the mass of and distances to the stars. At this point, they might confirm that the mass of the thing at the centre of these orbits is 4.6 million times the mass of our sun and its size are often no bigger than the orbit of Pluto. That meant it might be nothing aside from an excellent massive black hole. Researchers still track these stars, except for new reasons: to check fundamental physics, including Einstein’s general theory of relativity, which continues to carry up.
Earth has reached close to Milky Way Galaxy Black Hole, know what will happen now
A new map of the Milky Way Galaxy has revealed that our Earth is closer to the black hole at the center of its galaxy than was previously understood.
The universe is so vast; we keep getting new information about it again and again. Not only this, the process of breaking old beliefs is also not less. A recent study has shown that the position of the Earth thought or understood so far in the universe was wrong. In this study, when the researchers made a new map of our Milky Way, they came to know that there is something else in our solar system.
Near black hole
In research, our Galaxy catalog has been published in Publications of the Astronomical Society of Japan. Our solar system is now closer to the black hole located in the center of our galaxy than it was previously measured a little farther. Our solar system is also moving rapidly around this black hole named Sagittarius A *.
Is it a matter of concern
But since our solar system is not going inwards to Sagittarius A *, there is nothing to worry about and there is no danger of this. Not only this, the map of the Milky Way has improved a bit and it has been told with our position and accuracy. This survey also tells how difficult it is to make a three-dimensional map of the Galaxy, due to differences.
It was a challenge
Actually, this is the biggest challenge in making an accurate map of the Milky Way. Not only this, there was a problem in understanding our space as well. It is easy to map space stars and other objects at the two dimension level. But it is not easy to estimate the distance between these bodies.
The importance of distance detection
It is very important to find the distance between these bodies. This helps us to correctly estimate the brightness of the trees. A great example of this is the giant red star Beteljuj, which came closer to the Earth than previous measurements. This means that it was neither so bright nor so big as it was understood.

Similarly, a star named CK Vulpecula exploded 350 years ago. In fact it is at a greater distance, which means that the explosion was brighter and more energetic. Now a new interpretation is needed because before that it was analyzed on the basis of the belief that its energy was low.
Researchers were successful in measuring the exact distance of stars with modern technology and equipment. .
How to measure object distances
Now our astronomers have better tools and techniques for calculating distances, by surveying them through astrometry and creating a better three-dimensional map of the Milky Way. One such survey is the Vera VLBI Exploration Radio Astronomy Survey of Japan. It used a lot of radio telescopes all over Japan, similar to a telescope of resolution equivalent to a 2300 km diameter dish. Based on this principle, the first straight picture of the shadow of the black hole was taken by the Event Horizon Telescope.

In these surveys, which started in the year 2000, various cable distances were measured using the Parallax technique. A catalog of 99 objects was made on this edge. Based on this map, the researchers found the position of the center of the galaxy. 1985 This distance was derived 27,700 light years which was estimated to be 26,673 light years last year whereas on the basis of Vera’s calculation this distance is only 25800 light years.
